Keyboard Shortcut - Firefox, Chrome & IE

The most common way to clear your browser cache is via the keyboard shortcut:

  1. Select [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Del] together which will present the 'Clear All History' Menu
  2. Ensure the 'cache' or 'temporary internet files' option is selected and select 'Clear Now' or 'Delete'

Internet Explorer

Apple Safari

Depending on your version of Safari there will be a few ways to clear your cache.

  2. Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click 'Preferences'
  3. In the window that appears, click the 'Privacy tab'. Click the button 'Remove All Website Data'
  4. Click 'Remove Now' in the pop up window that appears.

Android

  1. Select 'Tools' (three dots icon) > 'Settings' > 'Privacy' > 'Delete personal Data'
  2. Check 'Cache and Cookies' and 'Site data'.
