Place your cursor on the 
button located to the right of the 'Image URL' or
'Thumb URL' field.
To find out the required dimensions of a graphic you wish to insert into a screen:
Place your cursor on the button located to the right of the 'Image URL' or
'Thumb URL' field.
A popup text box will display providing information about the required width and height dimensions of the graphic. A pixel is one of the small units that make up an image on a computer.
