Prepare image file size

Each image you insert into the program can have a maximum file size of 150KB.

You will not be able to insert an image that is larger than this. To determine the file size of your preferred image, right-click the image, select 'Properties' and a popup window will display with this information (on a PC).
 

To prepare the format for insertion into a template you can use any suitable graphics application.

If you do not have a graphics application and you're a PC user, click http://www.getpaint.net/ to download a suitable application.

To change the file size of a graphic using Paint.net:

1. Open the image you wish to resize.

2. Select the 'File' menu and click 'Save'.

3. A popup window will display. Slide the bar on the right hand side (under 'Settings' and 'Quality') to adjust the file size. You will see the exact file size on the top right next to 'Preview file size'.

4. When you are happy with the file size, click 'OK'.
