The following is a step-by-step guide to clear your browser cache files. Clearing your cache ensures you are viewing the very latest easy checking link edits and updates.
Keyboard Shortcut - Firefox, Chrome & IE
The most common way to clear your browser cache is via the keyboard shortcut:
- Select [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Del] together which will present the 'Clear All History' Menu
- Ensure the 'cache' or 'temporary internet files' option is selected and select 'Clear Now' or 'Delete'
- Restart your browser and try viewing the content again.

Mozilla Firefox:
- From the History menu, select Clear Recent History
- From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range

- Click 'More Tools' > 'Clear browsing data'
- In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you wish to remove
- Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data you want to deleteor select 'beginning of time' to delete everything
- Click 'Clear browsing data'.
Internet Explorer
- Select 'Tools' (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > 'Delete browsing history'
- Make sure to uncheck 'Preserve Favorites website data' and check both 'Temporary Internet Files' and then click Delete.
Apple Safari
Depending on your version of Safari there will be a few ways to clear your cache.
- The first is to select the 'Safari' menu and then select 'Clear Cache'. If you do not have this option please try the next steps
- Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click 'Preferences'
- In the window that appears, click the 'Privacy tab'. Click the button 'Remove All Website Data'
- Click 'Remove Now' in the pop up window that appears.
Android
- Select 'Tools' (three dots icon) > 'Settings' > 'Privacy' > 'Delete personal Data'
- Check 'Cache and Cookies' and 'Site data'.
