Prepare image format

Each image you insert into the program must be in one of the following formats:

 

 

For PC users, to find out the format of your preferred graphic right-click the file, select 'Properties' and a popup window will display with this information.

 

To prepare the format for insertion into a template you can use any appropriate graphics application.

 

 Note: the standard 'Paint' application that comes with most operating systems is not suitable.

 

If you do not have a graphics application and you’re a PC user, click http://www.getpaint.net/ to download a suitable application.

 

To change the dimensions of a graphic using Paint.net:

 

  1. Open the image you wish to reformat.

  2. Select the 'File' menu and click 'Save as'

  3. A popup window will display. Select the format from the 'Save as type' drop down menu'

  4. Click 'Save'.
